1 General Terms & Eligibility
Bagi999 is an online gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bagi999 and its users ("Members").
To create an account or use the bagi999 platform, you must:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must register under your own identity and real name.
- Registration requires that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to them.
- Online gaming must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
Bagi999 reserves the right to decline any registration request from any individual at any time, without being required to provide a reason.
2 Account Registration & Verification
Each individual may only hold one account on bagi999. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of them may be terminated and all associated balances may be forfeited.
What you need to provide at registration:
- Full legal name as it appears on your national ID.
- An active mobile number and email address.
- Correct date of birth.
- A valid password (minimum 8 characters, including numbers and special characters).
KYC Verification:
Prior to a withdrawal or a high-value transaction, bagi999 may ask you to verify your identity. In such cases, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID).
- Passport or driving license.
- A recent bank statement or utility bill.
Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All deposits and withdrawals on bagi999 are fully secure and processed through encrypted channels. We support all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.
Deposit:
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
- Deposits can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other available methods.
- Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
- Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 24 hours.
- Withdrawals for VIP members are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Bagi999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and neither the bonus nor any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn until those terms are met.
General Bonus Terms:
- Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (WR), typically ranging from 15x to 30x.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- A bonus is applicable only to the account it was issued to.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
- To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must make a deposit and play.
Bagi999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is found to have been used fraudulently, it will be voided and the associated account may be closed.
5 Gaming Rules
All games on bagi999 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring complete fairness and verifiability. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed from within the game.
- Any objection to a game result must be raised with the support team within 48 hours.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bagi999 reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant bet.
- If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the current round will be saved automatically.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
- In Sports Betting, bets are settled after the official result is announced.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bagi999. Violations will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of any remaining balance:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with a false identity or fabricated information.
- Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus more than once.
- Using software bots or automation tools to play.
- Unauthorized access to another Member's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (terms apply).
Reasons bagi999 may close an account:
- Breach of Terms and Conditions.
- Failed KYC verification or submission of false documents.
- Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months).
- Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting you, contact our support team to activate self-exclusion for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Your account cannot be reactivated during this period.
8 Limitation of Liability
Bagi999 is not liable for the following:
- Gaming losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
- Hardware or software issues on your device.
- Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Force Majeure events — including natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances.
Our maximum liability shall in no case exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.
9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Right to Amend Terms
Bagi999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify Members at least 7 days in advance via email or an in-platform announcement.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please close your account.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to international arbitration.
